S & C - Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning classes combine weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio, all in one.
Classes commence with a strength piece. An example is 5 sets of 5 reps of a Back Squat. This is where we work on your strength, technique, and building lean muscle
The conditioning piece is your main 'workout' where we work with a variety of equipment and time intervals to keep the body guessing.
An example of this is:
20 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
10 Push ups
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
Similar to the conditioning piece in S & C, HIIT classes combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.
This is a great way to burn fat, get the heart rate up and challenge yourself!
These are a 40 min version on HIIT
Our Strength40 classes are our newest addition to the timetable.
These classes are 40 mins of a Sets/Reps scheme of weightlifting and accessory work without the intensity of a 'workout'.
You'll be building lean muscle mass, increasing strength and burning more calories over the following 24-48 hours
