Lauren - Owner and Head Coach
Lauren is a mum of 2 and loves being a positive role
model to her kids through living an active
lifestyle. Since her daughter has been born she
successfully lost 25kg through high intensity
interval training, crossfit and good nutrition.
She aims to empower and inspire people to reach
their goals and become amazing role models to
their friends and family.
Lauren believes functional and compound
movements, along with HIIT, are the best ways to
get the best results. She helps build your body to
not just look strong but BE strong.

A bit about Hannah...

🏃♀️Bio: My interests include HIIT, triathlons, CrossFit and the retraining of race horses for Polo.
I've always had a keen interest in sport and exercise. Having played polo for over 21yrs in the UK, Argentina and NZ, my polo brought me to Perth.
My passion for exercise and challenging myself grew and my interest in becoming a PT became more apparent. After getting my permanent residency, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer and work in an industry I am passionate about.
I own four ex race horses which I trained to play polo and my partner (an original hills boy) and I moved back to Kalamunda in 2015 and we now live on Kalamunda road with our whippet Ivy!
I look forward to getting to know everyone at Sixty7six and being apart of an already awesome team!
Todd - Coach
"I’m Todd, I’m 27 and have lived in the hills my whole life. I write music and play bass in a alternative rock/punk band with my mates from school, I also play guitar and drums and have done for over 14 years. I love watching the NBA and AFL with my favourite teams being the Milwaukee Bucks and West Coast Eagles. After working as a ceiling fixer for over 10 years I decided to take the leap and jump into coaching to help people push boundaries.
Favourite exercise - Either the squat clean or ring muscle up, partly because they took so long to learn, I’m still trying to perfect them now.
Specialty areas - Specialty areas would be Crossfit movements and bodyweight exercises.
Fitness background - Growing up, I was a great long distance runner, played footy, hockey, baseball and in my late teens moved into Muay Thai and more of a body building approach to fitness. Now I focus on being an all rounded athlete and train cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics most days of the week. I want to make sure I can train until a ripe old age so I take my mobility seriously and know my limitations!"
